3 Days of Beach Setup Package

Introducing our 3 Days of Beach Setup Experience! Beach Cart, Delivery, Setup Service, and Tips all Included.

Tailored for weekly vacationers with Saturday-to-Saturday rentals, our Package offers three days of beach setup service throughout your stay. We'll deliver the Beach Cart by Saturday evening, and it will remain at your residence until the following Saturday morning when we'll pick it up. You can pre-select your three days of beach setup service at booking or leave it blank for us to contact you the week before your vacation to schedule. While we strive to accommodate changes to your selected days, please note that once your vacation begins, we cannot guarantee adjustments due to staffing constraints. Our caddies will come to your residence on the selected days to transport and set up your beach gear, returning in the afternoon to pack up and store everything in your garage for your next beach day. The beach cart will remain at your residence throughout the week.

Here are some additional details about our 3 Day Beach Setup Package :

• Cart Load Options: Choose between a single Cart load or a double Cart load based on your group size and beach gear needs.
  • Our Single cart load is designed to accommodate a single family, along with accompanying in-laws. Our experienced caddies can safely transport up to, 6 Chairs, 2 Large Beach Bag, 1 Handheld Cooler, Bag of Toys & Boogie Board, 2 Umbrellas (or a canopy tent).

• Our Double Cart load is intended for large and multi-family sharing. Our experienced caddies can safely transport up to haul 7-12 Chairs, 4 Large Beach Bags, 2 Handheld Coolers, 2 Bags of Toys & Boogie Boards, and 4 Umbrellas/(or a Canopy tent).

• Special Requests: Need us to haul your 10x10 canopy? While we can't set them up, we'll ensure they're safely hauled and secure a large spot on the beach. We'll also dig and set up umbrellas per your preferences, but safety is our priority, and we'll leave the umbrella portion down during extreme wind conditions.
• Convenient Setup: Your Beach Caddy will arrive during your specified time window, allowing for seamless setup without interfering with your morning plans. If you leave the beach early, close your umbrellas and canopies. Your caddy will collect your belongings during your pickup time.If you choose to extend your beach time beyond our pickup window, we recommend allowing our caddies to transport the majority of your gear back, leaving only essential items for you to manage.
• Communication and Cancellations: Easily communicate your preferences and any schedule changes by replying to our daily confirmation text messages. Unfortunately, due to operational costs, we cannot refund canceled services, but we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
• Service Duration: The 3-Day Beach Setup Package begins upon delivery of the beach cart on Saturday and ends when we retrieve it the following Saturday. Please be aware that any unused days of Beach Setup cannot be transferred or saved for future use.
• For multiple weeks, add service again to your cart.
• For 6 Days of beach setup service during a single week, add service again to your cart.
• Tips are included in the price for your convenience.
