10+ seasons of providing beach setup service, make your beach vacation effortless ensuring you relax while we handle the heavy lifting.

What’s Included:

Beach Cart Rental: Carts remain at your residence all week, delivered Saturday PM, picked up Saturday AM.
6 Days of Beach Setup (Sunday–Friday): Your caddy will pick up, pack, and set up your gear on your designated beach block. In the evening, we’ll clean, pack, and store everything in your garage (if available), ready for the next day.
Tips & Delivery Included: No hidden fees.

What You Need to Know:

1 Cart Load: Designed for a single family or small group (up to 6 chairs, 2 large bags, a cooler, toys/boogie boards, 2 umbrellas/canopy).
2 Cart Load: Perfect for larger or multi-family groups (up to 12 chairs, 4 large bags, 2 coolers, 4 umbrellas/canopy).

No Need to Count Gear: We don’t count every item, our goal is to pack your gear safely and efficiently. If we can fit more in a cart without compromising safety, we will, at no extra cost. Our caddies aim to exceed expectations, accommodating extra gear and special requests whenever possible. Relax and enjoy your beach day, we’ve got it covered.

Canopies & Umbrellas: We’ll dig and set up umbrellas. While we haul 10x10 canopies, we do not set them up. CoolCabana canopies are fully set up as part of the service.

Flexible Timing:

Heading out early? Close your umbrellas/canopies, and we’ll pack up your gear.
Staying late? We’ll take the bulk of your gear and leave only essentials for you to handle.
Seamless Service: Provide garage access and communicate preferences easily via daily confirmation texts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans can change, and weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot offer refunds for unused service days due to wages and scheduling costs, we’re committed to ensuring you receive the full value of your Beach Setup Service.

Flexible Options:

Bellhop Service Credit: Apply unused Beach Setup days to our Bellhop Service during your stay.
Future Service Credit: If 2+ days are unused due to weather, contact us, and we’ll issue a credit toward future Beach Setup Services or Bellhop Services (valid for 12 months).

High Wind Policy

Safety first. In high wind conditions, we may not fully open umbrellas, CoolCabana canopies, or gear that could pose a hazard. Each day, our caddies will assess conditions and, if unsafe, secure your beach space while leaving these items unopen. We’ll communicate any decisions daily to ensure a smooth experience.
