1 Week Beach Setup Package (with Saturday Service)

1 Week Beach Setup Includes:

• One Beach Cart rental for the week, Two Beach Carts rentals if "2 Cart Load" option purchased. Beach Carts stay at your residence, we deliver Saturday PM and Saturday AM pickup.
• 6 consecutive days of Beach Setup Service (Sunday thru Friday). Your Caddy will pick up your beach gear at your residence, pack the Beach Cart, transport your gear and set it up on your beach block. They will return in the evening to pack-up your gear, wash and brush it off and store it in your garage for next day service. (Tips included in price).
• Tips and delivery included in price.

What you need to know...

• 1 Cart load is intended for a single family with accompanying in-laws, our caddies aim to please so don't stress. Our carts can safely handle up to 6 Chairs, 2 Large Beach Bags, a Handheld Cooler, Bag of Toys & Boogie Boards and 2 Umbrellas/(or a canopy tent).
• 2 Cart load is intended for large and multi-family sharing. Our caddy will safely haul 7-12 Chairs, 4 Large Beach Bags, 2 Handheld Cooler, 2 Bags of Toys & Boogie Boards, and 4 Umbrellas/(or a Canopy tent).
• We can haul and secure the beach space for your 10x10 canopy, but we can not set them up, we can setup your Cool Cabana canopy and umbrellas.
• We will dig and set up your umbrellas per your preferences, but during extreme wind we will leave the umbrella portion down.
• Your caddy will arrive during your time window. You can provide garage access and instructions so that they can set up your beach day without needing to interfere with your morning. If you leave the beach before your pick-up time window just close your umbrellas and canopies and your caddy can pack-up and return during your pickup window without the need to interfere with your evening plans. If you prefer to remain at the beach past our pickup window we suggest you let our caddys take the bulk of your gear back leaving only the essentials that you can handle.
• Communicating with your caddy about your preferences is easy. Simply reply to the daily confirmation text messages. If you need to cancel setup because of schedule conflicts or weather, simply reply to the daily text message confirmations. Unfortunately due to wages and fees we can not refund canceled services.
• Beach Setup Service is for the week purchased and expires on the last day of service. Unused days can not be transferred or stored for future service.

Optional CoolCabana Rental Includes:

• 1 Easy to setup CoolCabana that provides the best shade available. UPF 50+ protection, 8ft by 8ft (64 sq ft) large, folds down to 3'5" with an easy carry bag. Compared to an umbrella the CoolCabana provides more than double the shade.
• For multiple weeks, add service again to your cart.
• Color not guaranteed.

Renter is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged carts and canopy.
